Terms — publication status

Payments go directly to the treasury. The contract has no minimum funding threshold and no purchase refund mechanism.

Access is checked against the current available balance, not lifetime spending. A reset or loss that leaves fewer than 1 ticket removes access; without an active cycle access is also closed. A purchase does not promise permanent access.

Draws, ticket duels and advertised prize ranges are planned, not an open or funded offer. Final participation rules are pending review. The current profile notice excludes US persons. Eligibility, dates and funding must be published before participation opens.
